Preorder and dispatch
You are charged when you complete secure Stripe checkout. We source the third-party device after your order. We commit to dispatch within 30 days of payment or provide a full refund. If a delay is expected, we will ask whether you accept a revised date or prefer a refund. Tracking is shared after dispatch. Delivery after dispatch varies by destination, carrier, and customs.
Shipping price and destinations
Tracked shipping is included in the $199 kit price for destinations offered at checkout. Orders outside that list are not accepted. Import duties, customs charges, and local VAT are not included; the recipient may need to pay them on arrival.
Cancel before dispatch
Email hello@phoneuse.org with your order reference before dispatch for a full refund of the amount paid. Refunds go to the original payment method; the bank's processing time may vary.
After delivery
If the item is damaged, incorrect, or does not work as described with a confirmed compatible setup, email your order reference and a description within 14 days of delivery. We will provide return instructions and the applicable repair, replacement, or refund remedy. Please contact us before sending anything back. This policy does not limit statutory consumer rights that apply in your location.
What arrives
One Go USB-C control device with a full-featured USB-C cable and connection guide, subject to the actual supplied package. It is a third-party product and may have the manufacturer's branding on the unit, packaging, or interface.
